It's Tuesday 9th January 2024 and the Thames flood waters have started to fall. Our village, Hurley has just experienced a flood. Fortunately, there have been no casualties, human or livestock but there have been a few lessons learned. Preparing for a flood is the key and in hindsight reviewing the flood checklist would have helped a lot of people. Climate change means more floods!
